Chris and Amanda led our supervisory and management staff, with no previous exposure to leadership training, through the ‘Connect4’ Programme to expose and enlighten them to leadership values, attitudes, and skills. The programme of training and supportive coaching has contributed greatly to the creation of better team-working and a culture that now embraces both individual and team development within our business.
Chris has diligently worked with me to better understand my own motivations for work and life, consequently I have attained a new focus.
The relationships in my company have improved between my employees and myself; this is clearly evidenced from the improvement in performance and productivity within the business.
DiSC proved accurate as to both my strengths and weaknesses and has reaffirmed, to me, that self-awareness and recognising behaviours in others is fundamental to good working relationships and communication. Amanda was a great help in coaching me on the journey.
I have been working with Chris on an approximately fortnightly basis for the last eighteen months. Chris has helped me consider my business and my role within it in so many different ways. With his guidance I have identified my strengths and weaknesses and adapted the way I work to fit these. He has helped me recognise the power of delegation and that not all I did needed to be done by me. He has made me challenge the way that we “have always done things” and consider if there is a better alternative. Above all else he has provided me with the opportunity to talk and think about the business, what I want from it and helped me identify strategies to implement to hopefully achieve that.
